Your order will be delivered by one of our trusted UK delivery partners. Occasionally, items may arrive in separate parcels — especially if they need different types of packaging. Each one is carefully packed and sent on its own little journey, and they’ll all find their way home to you.

Returns & Exchanges
At K9AT, every item is crafted individually for you — made to order with care and precision. This helps us reduce waste, avoid excess stock, and minimise our environmental footprint.
Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered.
If something’s not quite right, please contact our team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue. We’ll be happy to put things right.

We don’t offer exchanges or refunds for sizing issues or change-of-mind purchases, as each product is made just for you once your order is placed. To help avoid sizing issues, please check the size guides provided on each product page before ordering.
